ULT is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help narrate the story on our upcoming brand digital marketing campaigns & associative collaborations. This candidate needs to be well versed in both angles of being a performance-driven marketer and a gamer. They need to get the audience engaged, actively communicating and wanting to hit the share button. We are excited to meet people who thrive off connecting with others in fun, compelling and entertaining ways.

This Social Media Manager will work closely with the SVP Marketing to help bring our brand voice and new ideas to life from early inception brainstorming concepts, to publication and sustained engagement. This candidate should have a high proficiency in brand building, project management and possess great combination skills of organization and creativity. An entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team across the board on how we develop social media channels
  • Engage and grow our social media audience
  • Manage social media assets, campaign social postings and managing content calendars
  • Ensure consistency across social platforms, optimizating to specific platform features
  • Tracking and studying ecomm data key learnings and how it informs future campaign success
  • Create, adjust and maintain schedules for all creative assets and update content calendar schedule
  • Review all materials to ensure they are free of typos, inconsistencies and any other errors
  • Develop original social media campaigns in line with brand voice

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in related field with brand building experience
  • Core competency in using HootSuite for managing social posts across various accounts & networks
  • Able to communicate professionally and effectively with various departments
  • Experience managing projects and schedules with a drive to deliver projects on time
  • Knowledge of creative and development processes
  • Proven experience managing schedules, risk analysis and follow through
  • Experience with software and tools related to planning and scheduling
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
