We are looking for a consumer-oriented business leader to manage our subscription business. As Subscription Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing, owning and improving the key features and associated metrics to drive and expand our subscription business.

You are comfortable making recommendations based upon business cases, extensively collaborating with internal teams (IT, Online services, CRM, Sales, Partnership…) and gathering cross-functional alignment. You will collaborate on a daily basis with the EMEA subscription team (based in Paris) to guarantee a consistent - worldwide approach.

You have skills creating and operationalizing new marketing offerings, understanding how to drive value for the consumer and to grow revenues. Each action will be tracked, monitored and analyzed to increase knowledge and best practices sharing on this new business model.

Responsibilities:

  • Own UPLAY+ development roadmap to continuously optimize the service, make it reach its forecasted revenues
  • Identify appropriate channels for acquisition
  • Own end-to end experience for active members, build loyalty and retention from day one
  • Build and monitor lifecycle actions to drive engagement and monetization
  • Assess business opportunities to extend UPLAY+ reach, through « B to B » operations and partnerships

Additionally, you will

  • Enrich the program with content, features and events
  • Be responsible for the overall UX, making sure developments answer users’ needs and guarantee a top-notched experience
  • Own lifecycle actions, and related retention / monetization KPIs
  • Drive segmentation strategy and use data to improve personalization of every touchpoint; identify new KPIs and compare them with existing ones, share findings with the group to grow knowledge and learning on subscription model
  • Liaise with IT, Online services and Uplay teams to stream visions and teams to a unique experience
  • Manage a subscription specialist, in charge of coordinating the day-to-day live operations of UPLAY+ as well as a Web Designer and a Consumer Journey Manager in charge of addressing the overall player experience

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing with proven experience in Digital Marketing, e-commerce or subscription
  • BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record and evidence of successfully managing acquisition, retention and monetization (for a service or brand) is essential
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Previous experience in account management/sales-orientated environment would be a distinct advantage
  • Genuine interest and curiosity around subscription models & trends (in and beyond entertainment)
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Confident, flexible and ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Passionate about building best in class solutions with an eye for fine details;
  • Ability to break down high-level problems and articulate solutions to both business, technical and executive audiences
  • Bilingual (French/English)
