The Senior Producer drives the game strategy and ensures the game’s success, managing:

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS

  • Define the product mandate and a modern game proposition
  • Own the P&L, be the business owner
  • Define Quality and Service expectations and each phase of the project plan
  • Grow the project’s business potential by managing and influencing key partners at HQ and
  • Publishing
  • Be the customer’s advocate to ensure they enjoy their gaming experience
  • Promote the product internally and externally
  • Own the game KPIs and manage the Data Science, BI & Analysts team to monitor & analyze improvements: development, acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Ensure our iterative development strategy through regular feedback loop

PRODUCTION

  • Build and communicate the high-level project roadmap, give visibility
  • Define the project milestones, quality expectations, and the process to deliver
  • Deliver key milestones of Ubisoft’s Stage Gate Process and Live readiness, make the required tough decisions
  • Set the bar regarding product quality, people management, and project management
  • Own the team organization, production processes, and change management
  • Ensure Tech-driven decisions, leverage modern technology to deliver the game promise (procedural systems, systemic design, cloud services, AI, etc.)
  • Define Production KPIs and build a regular reporting schedule
  • Ensure healthy and mutually beneficial studio collaborations, build the studio’s reputation as a world-class developer
  • Identify risks and contingency plans, ensure planning & product success

BRAND & MARKETING

  • Define our ambitious branding and business model
  • Own the product statement and positioning
  • Own our community, grow buzz and product sentiment
  • Manage marketing budget, plan, and events
  • Leverage Customer Intelligence and Player knowledge

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 15+ years’ experience as a video game Producer or any other relevant position in the software or game industry / Extensive knowledge of video game development or software development
  • Senior Project Manager who has successfully delivered major video games at the highest levels of quality, on budget, time, and resources
  • Natural and influential people-first leadership
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable around executives and directors
