Job Description

We are now looking for an Associate Producer

As an Associate Producer, you will lead a small cross-discipline team that creates exciting experiences for the players! Your job is to help create and maintain a roadmap and define key milestones for that specific mandate. You will be part of an international production management team that facilitates the operations of the project.

We offer you a key role in an ambitious project where multiple Ubisoft studios have come together to explore new frontiers. Your home base is RedLynx’s friendly studio where we are focused without forgetting how to have fun, and you will have the opportunity to work with brilliant colleagues both in Finland and in another Ubisoft studio abroad.

This job requires on-site work in Helsinki, we work in a hybrid model, enjoying the flexibility of both off- and on-site work. The work also requires occasional evening hours due to time zone differences with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall game vision of the game and support creating a project roadmap and key milestones for a specific mandate.
  • Together with your team define quality- and schedule- related targets and develop and iterate workflows and pipelines.
  • Support your team to prioritize and organize their work and follow up with deliverables.
  • Work as a manager for individuals in your team - ensuring clear goals and enabling professional growth.
  • Oversee and iterate on cross-studio communication and review pipelines
  • Ensure excellent information flow inside the team.
  • Sync up with the Producer, Production Director, and Production Managers on progress and possible blockers or issues.
  • Look for opportunities to improve and evolve our processes, methods, and practices.

  • Takes initiative and ownership of their work.
  • Likes challenges and can adapt to changes.

  • Game development experience in large and ambitious productions.
  • Experience in collaborating efficiently with external stakeholders in global initiatives.
