You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team and work directly under an Associate Producer to deliver production outcomes and strengthen collaboration across departments. This role requires strong operational discipline, structured thinking, and a high degree of ownership—with the ability to adapt across different pipelines and production needs as they evolve.

- Drive clear, consistent communication between stakeholders by facilitating day-to-day collaboration, context sharing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure production outputs are clearly scoped, documented, and aligned with implementation constraints.
- Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure outcomes and follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
- Identify risks, blockers, scope creep, or misalignments early, and raise them with actionable insight to producers and relevant leads.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement by observing inefficiencies, proposing optimizations, and driving adoption of better workflows and tools.
- Collaborate closely with other Project Managers to align on standards, improve coordination practices, and maintain consistency across teams.

- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail and a structured approach to task execution.
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
- Confidence in identifying risks, surfacing blockers, and communicating concerns proactively, constructively, and diplomatically.
- A mindset focused on collaboration, improvement, and adaptability—you thrive in environments that change quickly and expect you to think critically.
