Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to own the planning, tracking, and communication of production workflows across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team and work directly under an Associate Producer to deliver production outcomes and strengthen collaboration across departments. This role requires strong operational discipline, structured thinking, and a high degree of ownership—with the ability to adapt across different pipelines and production needs as they evolve.

What you will do

  • Coordinate and maintain detailed schedules, task tracking, and production documentation across multiple pipelines using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Monitor milestone progress and deliverable quality, ensuring cross-functional alignment between disciplines such as design, engineering, art, UX, and data analytics.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication between stakeholders by facilitating day-to-day collaboration, context sharing, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure production outputs are clearly scoped, documented, and aligned with implementation constraints.
  • Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure outcomes and follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Identify risks, blockers, scope creep, or misalignments early, and raise them with actionable insight to producers and relevant leads.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement by observing inefficiencies, proposing optimizations, and driving adoption of better workflows and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with other Project Managers to align on standards, improve coordination practices, and maintain consistency across teams.

Qualifications

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the video game industry in a coordination or production-related role.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders including developers, designers, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence; capable of building and maintaining schedules, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of iterative production processes, with the ability to track tasks across fast-moving, cross-functional teams and evolving priorities.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail and a structured approach to task execution.
  • A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Confidence in identifying risks, surfacing blockers, and communicating concerns proactively, constructively, and diplomatically.
  • A mindset focused on collaboration, improvement, and adaptability—you thrive in environments that change quickly and expect you to think critically.

Additional Information

  • Experience overseeing a game through full development cycles—from pre-production to launch.
  • Familiarity with LiveOps and ongoing content update pipelines.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design workflows, including wireframes, flows, and iterative prototyping.
