JOB DESCRIPTION

Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Program Manager to support Strategic Partner Integration efforts, to be located in Montreal, for its Business Development organization. This individual will report to the Director, Strategic Partner Integration and Business Development in Paris (France) and will be responsible for overseeing onboarding new business or partner programs opportunities within the company.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement communication, organization and integration strategies for new programs across the multiple internal verticals (Game development teams, IT, Online Services, Finance, Customer Management, etc) as well as with Business development and Account management teams
  • Ensure processes are optimized and executed effectively for new partnerships pre-launch, launch and post launch
  • Be the central point of collaboration with various teams and own cross-functional processes around upcoming innovative business projects/programs linked to Business opportunities
  • Manage documentation, processes, repository of information, help organize and program manage onboarding new partnerships and sales programs.
  • Manage risks and prepare for issues with partner launches working cross functionally with all relevant teams.
  • Report in a timely manner to all identified stakeholders on program/project development
  • Help follow up on tracking to assess results and give directions to keep on improving the partner program game after launch.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a Project or product management role
  • Have a strong passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes
  • Must be a strong communicator, open to collaboration, and building group consensus
  • Ability to assess and recommend innovative early-stage solutions
  • Have Interests and basic knowledge in Sales, Finance, eCommerce, Operations and a good understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Pro-active, driven, and able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual (English- French)
