JOB DESCRIPTION

Within Ubisoft Paris Studio, you will manage a team of ten level designers.

You will also be the go-to person for every level design topic on our AAA unannounced project.

Your responsibilities will be as follows

  • Managing the level design team of the project (around ten people) and ensuring the best communication with the other teams within the project, the studio and the collaborating studios.
  • Structuring and organizing the teams' work and the production pipeline with the different tools on the project (Jira), hand in hand with the producing team
  • Ensuring the creative director's and the game director's intentions are put in motion
  • You will also be in charge of providing visibility and reporting to the core team of the project for all level design related topics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • To succeed in this role you will need to have already managed a design team and shipped at least several AA games.
  • A previous experience on shooter games will be appreciated, as well as an open world experience.
  • A sense of rational level design will be valued.
  • English is mandatory, French is a nice to have.
