The team is currently working on the “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege” Live Game, "Beyond Good & Evil 2" and unannounced AAA projects.

Job Description

As Project Coordinator, you will be part of our customization team working on Rainbow Six Siege. The teams at Ubisoft Barcelona are working as a co-developer with the Lead Studio in Montreal, contributing a range of game features and live content. You will report to the Associate Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining our Jira dashboards.
  • Gathering statistics from everyone’s tasks (time of completion).
  • Follow-Up + PowerPoints of our Studio events.
  • Do some surveys.
  • Takes notes during a meeting.
  • Send announcements emails.
  • Assist in organizing agile teams.
  • Facilitate communication / follow-up on some administrative topics.
  • Help the organization of different team activities.
  • Organize and follow-up on Post-Mortem.
  • Assist team in adhering to project schedule.
  • Interact with other internal departments (IT, operations, Marketing, etc.).
  • Productivity and other reports.
  • List of Software Hardware needed by the team.
  • Follow-up on available training.
  • List of tasks / ETA.

Qualifications

  • Being organized.
  • Have good communication and relational skills.
  • Be comfortable in dealing with stakeholders at multiple levels of responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of collaborative tools similar to Confluence, Trello, Jira, Hack & Plan.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple international teams, both internal and external.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great verbal and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge:

  • Fluent English.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
  • Basic knowledge of the video game industry a plus.
