Job Description

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

As an HR Operations Manager, the main purpose is to lead the HR operation team to oversee all HR operation functions. You will work closely with HR Team members to foster a vibrant, affable work environment that promotes strong collaboration, creativity, high performance, and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Team Management (25%)

  • ensuring that you set targets for the team to ensure that all members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve it
  • implementing guidelines and processes to support working as a team / organization
  • ensuring day-to-day activities are delivered and guidance provided to your team
  • training, developing and motivating your team to perform their best
  • assisting with any issues the team may have
  • collaborate with HQ on any compensation related topics

Human Resource Operation Service Delivery (50%)

Planning and managing HR operation budgets

  • Review, forecast, budget and manage an approve HR operation budgets
  • Create detailed reports on HR costs

HR Policies Management

  • Design and implement company policies
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Interpret human resources policy to company management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Recommend new software to address personnel needs, ie compensation review tools
  • Active annual market survey and benchmarking
  • Identify industry trend and propose initiatives to enhance and improve on our compensation and benefits model

Payroll and HRIS Management

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases for accuracy

HR Reports

  • Monitor key HR metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare monthly headcount reports and other management reports entailing people statistics
  • Government-related reports submission ie MOM survey
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions

Daily administration

  • Deliver Best in Class HR services to support pre-onboarding experience to offboarding via looking at best practices i.e relocation services and support, housing preferred vendor and others
  • Administer operational tasks with quality and accuracy in a timely manner and continuous improvement on processes to bring about both internal team efficiency as well as employee experience satisfaction

Culture Driver (25%)

Reinforce and promote Ubisoft culture and value, e.g. team health survey, staff appreciation program, team-building events etc

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop policies, programs, and solutions

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated track record of managing team with at least 2 -3 years
  • Customer-oriented mindset, communicator and great collaborator
  • Hands on experience working on HR systems and tools
  • MNC experience preferred
  • Well verse on local employment statutory and mandatory requirement
  • Proficient in Microsoft office ie Excel
