JOB DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Supports the HR team in their day-to-day activities.
  • Participates in HR related projects.
  • Supports learning and development process.
  • Supports performance and appraisal process.
  • Recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Participates in different corporate projects and activities.
  • Provides ongoing support and counseling in matters related to people management, career development, performance measurement, recruitment etc. for the teams they are responsible for

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum 5 years experience in human resources and experience as an international HR role.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to details.
  • Ability and desire to work in a creative and collaborative team
  • Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and labor-related.
  • Japanese skill: Business level
    English skill: Business level
  • Ability to conduct seminars and presentations in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (able to develop reports in Excel, PowerPoint Presentations)
  • Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry
