Job Description
Your life at Ubi:
We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist to join our HR Payroll team. You will have the opportunity to help us manage the internal HR administrative activities.
Your main mission:
- Work in collaboration with the payroll team
- Manage employees’ files, contracts and documents signing
- Create and maintain employee records including data processing in internal tools
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure compliance with government regulations
- Prepare daily/monthly reports requested by HR Manager, respecting the established deadlines
- Take responsibility for activities related to HR Administration, including but not limited to processing of hiring, internal transfers, all types of absence, maintaining personnel records etc.
- Update in the internal tools and reports monthly salaries, contract changes etc.
- Respond to employees' requests for administrative documents
Qualifications
The professional value you bring:
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft office knowledge
- Experience in HR admin/payroll or a similar position
- Good knowledge of Romanian legislation

- Able to work in a multinational/ multicultural environment and capable to handle confidential information
- Organized and pro-active
- High attention to details
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English
- Genuine desire to develop your skills, motivated by professional development
