Job Description

The Communication team is looking for their new Communication Specialist to join them to develop and execute internal and external communications projects.
As a Communication Specialist, you'll be reporting directly to the Communications Director.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute content for our external channels : website, social media, etc
  • Develop and execute content for our internal communications on a variety of topics such as HR, IT, Workplace, corporate communications, internal events, etc
  • Develop and coordinate internal events for our studio members (game launch, team building, etc ...)
  • Coordinate simultaneously multiple communication projects
  • Collaborate with creative teams including graphic designer intern to occasionally create videos, infographics, and more.
  • Adapt your work based on feedback from interdependent teams, tailoring your messaging to target audiences.
  • Translate any internal documentation to and from English and Spanish
  • Own, design and maintain the content calendar (internal and external communications)
  • Follow corporate communication and brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and interest for the gaming industry
  • Must be creative, detail-oriented a genuine team player.
  • Project management driven and able to handle multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Good Communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (oral and written)
  • Catalan is a plus
