Job Description

Ubisoft Milan is looking for an Artist Coordinator who, closely collaborating with the 3D Art Director, the Art Director and the Producer, will be responsible of the management of the Art Team, composed by Concept and 3D artists.

The position is based in Milan (Italy) and requires working onsite.

Responsibilities

  • ensure a productive internal workflow, realizing the distribution of the tasks and the follow-up of the evolution of the work;
  • prioritize and manage the Artist Team’s tasks, creating schedules and roadmaps, to ensure that deadlines are completed on time;
  • organize team work to reach the best results within given time frames;
  • organize and lead team meetings;
  • communicate to all members of the team the objectives, strategies and global information related to the project to give enough visibility on its progress and development;
  • support the recruiting and the performance review processes for the team;
  • create a work environment that encourages the motivation of team members, ensuring development and creativity.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • previous experience in managing Artist Team in the entertainment industry; at least one experience in videogame industry is a plus;
  • good management skills (organizational skills, planning, task management, talent planning, time management etc.);
  • good knowledge of 3ds Max and Maya;
  • extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel is mandatory).

Additional Information

Providing some sort of portfolio (web version preferred) is a plus.
