About the Role:

The Creator Growth team is looking for a full-stack engineer to build features that empower our creators on Twitch.

The Creator Growth organization is focused on inspiring small creators by empowering them to grow their business on Twitch. Are you passionate about building features and products that improve the lives and streams of our creators? If so, you'd be a great fit for the Creator Growth team and report to an Engineering Manager of Creator Growth. If you are passionate about helping creators on Twitch grow and succeed, this is the place for you!

You can work in San Francisco, CA.

You Will:

  • Develop new product features on native AWS infrastructure

  • Build APIs to support several use cases which benefit creators

  • Use web technologies to create rich user interfaces and experiences

  • Produce clean, high-quality code, tests, and documentation

  • Work with partners, teams and organizations to bring value to our creators

You Have:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or prior relevant engineering experiences

  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, data modeling and schema design

  • 1+ years as an software engineer

  • Proficient experience level in one of the following language: Go, Ruby, Java, C++

Bonus Point

  • Experience with AWS infrastructure

  • Experience with React.js, GraphQL or building services using Go

  • Experience with live streaming tools on Twitch or other platforms

Contract Length: 6-9 months (per length of service policy)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85.00/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $110.00/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
