You Have:
- 5+ years of management experience
- You are a self-starter and leader comfortable initiating and driving change management
- Must be organized, strategic, creative, and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against organizational goals
- Experience and ability to project manage complex cross-functional initiatives
- A passion for and point of view around organizational design and strategic planning, with an emphasis on how systems can be designed to move fast at scale
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; you can package and present complex recommendations clearly
- Strong relationship-building skills to help connect with new employees and also work collaboratively with partners across the organisation

About the Role:
As the Senior Operations and Strategy manager you'll be part of the EMEA Content team - reporting into and supporting the Director of Partnerships Operations and Strategy on strategic initiatives and executive priorities. You will establish and iterate on internal processes, lead projects, oversee Go To Market (GTM) Operations and staff, and operationally support the EMEA regional leadership team. This position will work cross-departmentally within the EMEA Partnerships team to develop and execute strategic content initiatives across all applicable EMEA regions.
You Will:
- Create, manage, align, and execute local strategic initiatives and content projects in EMEA together with the regional stakeholders
- Ensure inter-functional coordination and alignment on goals & execution
- Track, manage, and report key performance metrics, objectives, and goals
- Drive regionally led organizational strategy and operations including planning, resourcing, and forecasting across regions
- Manage and oversee regional business operations: finance tracking, tooling, data analysis
- Establish processes and ways of working for new areas and initiatives
- Develop resources and guidelines and build on internal processes to support operations
- Review global initiatives/tooling and support roll-out in EMEA
- Partner with senior leadership to ideate and implement strategic change initiatives to improve and further scale on initiative in alignment with company values and leverage on tools and products
- Regularly report to senior management

- Written and verbal fluency in one (or more) other language(s) than English
- Background in Data, Analytics, Operations, Strategy or project management
- Experience working with project management tools, CRM and Advanced Office Skills
- Experience within the Media, Gaming, Talent Management or Content Creator industries
