About the Role

We’re looking for an expert that can help up-level Twitch’s programmatic offering through education and enablement of our clients and sales team using your deep technical experience, data-driven analysis, and a desire to collaborate. You will focus on 1) supporting a variety of programmatic relationships (advertisers, marketers, ATDs, SSPs, and DSPs) and 2) monitoring the connection between Twitch and the other programmatic systems (SSPs and DSPs), both to ensure we maximize revenue and keep our customers happy. Gathering data and providing insights into our programmatic business will not only assist our sales team as they start brands on their journey towards a more integrated relationship with Twitch, but also inform major decisions by important partners in the organization.

You Will:

  • Educate advertisers on the Twitch programmatic offering
  • Help our sales team to sell the Twitch programmatic product
  • Monitor/Troubleshoot performance and delivery of all campaigns
  • Setup of Deal ID’s for both PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed programmatic deals in our SSP and server
  • Maintain a working relationship with our SSP and major DSPs
  • Analyze movements in revenue and seller attribution over time
  • Work with and inform other teams at Twitch around campaign performance, delivery, and best practices based on your relationships and analysis
  • Analyze fluctuations in spend across platforms/devices, categories, deal types, ad formats, DSPs, agencies, and brands, among other things
  • Analyze discrepancies between player platform, ad server, SSPs, and DSPs
  • Stay educated on industry strategy, systems, and tactics
  • Learn the ins and outs of all new programmatic technologies and ensure revenue sources flow through only the most efficient path, avoiding resellers and undercutting of our own rates

You Have:

  • 5 or more years of work experience in digital media/marketing
  • 3+ years of working at or with programmatic companies in the video space
  • Familiarity with main players in the programmatic video space (SSP/DSP)
  • Have spent time in a client-facing role, working with clients
  • Proficiency with/advanced knowledge of Excel (must understand pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Work well across multiple teams (Sales team, Ad Product, Finance, Yield Management, Client Success team)
  • Excellent prioritization
  • Adapt to changing business demands working on a new team
