About The Role

We're looking for a Program Activation Manager to join our award-winning Brand Partnership Studio. This role will work closely with our Creative Strategist, Creative Production, Client Services and Sales teams. They will also work directly with external brands, agencies and production vendors to manage creative campaigns that help drive Twitch’s sales goals. Working from our New York office, you will oversee multiple creative projects and internal/external partner relationships simultaneously. The role is primarily post-sale -- focusing on the delivery of best-in-class campaign executions smoothly, within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Twitch, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative and logistical challenges. We’re looking for a creative, energized, and organized individual that will help us deliver white glove service to our advertising clients, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude.

You Will

  • Manage execution, management and quality control of all custom solutions projects from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets
  • Actively serve your projects through cross collaboration with all (internal and external) partners at all stages of every project
  • Create schedules and budgets across all projects
  • Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate with design and sales to maintain workflow through the final asset release
  • Advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
  • Alongside our client services team, be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource use, financial reporting and billing
  • Collaborate closely with the West Coast and Midwest teams

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client services / project management role, working with and delivering to external clients
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies
  • Must be able to communicate ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively
  • Resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios for everyone
  • Ability to quickly understand new technology concepts
  • Experience with task management software
  • Thrives on project timelines
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Must be flexible and comfortable in working non-traditional hours as needed, including travel
