About the Role
The Global Creator Benefits program manager is an essential role to driving our Creator programs forward. Reporting to the Director of Creator Benefits, you will work on some of the most exciting programs to support Affiliates and Partners! You will monitor and drive the program pipeline for the benefits we extend to Creators.They serve as an important conduit across the organization. You will establish the intake and lifecycle process for Creator programs. A brain for data, and data-driven decisions, you will determine goals and build reporting to share progress.
You are aware and always keeping track of what needs to be done, and when. You're a natural at assessing the pros, cons, and risks of decisions and have no problem stating your opinion, or putting it down on paper. You're excited to see programs from start to finish but you're not too disheartened to pivot. Due diligence is your middle name (just kidding), but you're good at making sure you're following up with necessary team members. You won't find many how-to guides, experimentation is essential and that's exciting for you. Up for a good challenge, you're thrilled to lead the industry and work with a team that is changing the game. You value diverse perspectives and believe in the value of working together.
This position can be located in Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Irvine, CA, Seattle, WA, or remotely across the United States.
You Will:
- Oversee the Creator benefits pipeline and all associated communications, define success metrics, and reporting.
- Work with your team to maintain a healthy Creator experience pipeline, advocating and challenging for better experiences.
- Seek operational efficiency opportunities and build solutions.
- Work with product teams to support the needs of our Creator benefits pipeline.
- Analyze and write documents as they relate to Creator programs.
- Build communication pipelines and produce program reports to share with stakeholders.
You Have:
- 4+ years operational and program management roles
Bonus Points
- Excellent program management skills, including planning, reporting, and execution
- Knowledge of Twitch and adjacent gaming/streaming industry
- An eye for effective information presentation utilizing graphic design (Photoshop, Lucid Chart, etc).
- Managed multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
- Experience with data systems (Tableau, Mode, Salesforce)
- Experience with project management systems (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, Confluence)
- Ability to travel for site visits and program execution
