About the Role
We are seeking a Creator Accelerator Program Lead who will drive the strategic implementation of creator growth programs in EMEA. The ideal candidate has experience operating and developing scaled programs, builds and earns trust through performance and relationship building, and has an interest in live, talk based formats. This position is responsible for growing creators on Twitch who specialise in live, talk-based formats. Success in this role requires a person who takes initiative, has experience working with digital communities and thinks holistically about the requirements of EMEA as a whole.
You Will:
- Manage creator programs within EMEA to help creators grow in live and interactive talk based formats
- Work collaboratively with the central creator programs team to shape global initiatives within the EMEA region
- Build and support processes to ensure we identify and support the creators in our programs from start to finish
- Work and support contractors who are executing on the programs in region
- Have an excellent understanding and instinct for finding exciting talents to flourish in a live environment
- Communicate with creators regularly about program status and opportunities
You Have:
- At least 3+ years of experience working as a community manager, creator advocate, as a live broadcaster or in adjacent fields
- A proactive mindset who is creator and community focussed
- Experience working in a large organisation collaborating with various internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
