Summary:

Turtle Beach UK is seeking a National Account Manager, reporting directly to UK Sales Director, managing a portfolio of established accounts, and identifying new business opportunities – from top to bottom-line revenue, to sales forecasting and operational excellence to driving our desire to be the category captain in our sector.

As a well-connected and innovative sales professional, you will be responsible for growing and expanding the Turtle Beach UK revenues and category execution.

The role will require 5+ years’ experience within the headset, games, or consumer electronics sectors and demonstrable success and experience of driving sales growth and profit through key UK retail accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively driving Turtle Beach and its Sub brands, growth in the UK by providing key direction and support to distribution and direct partners
  • Building relationships and engaging proactively with all key retail accounts – from store to exec level. Driving the value and frequency of our customer contacts
  • Support P&L, budget planning and exceed targets through Turtle Beach distribution partners and direct accounts
  • Develop brand-building strategies that are fully relevant to each account and its target audience
  • Analyzing weekly sell-through data to support sales strategies that lead the sales team to drive successful sell-through and market share targets that fulfill our sell-in revenue targets
  • Monitoring of GFK market data, key trends, and competitor activity react accordingly and report back to TB Senior team
  • Deep collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that we fulfill our ambition to lead the category at key retailers across the UK
  • Working with the Supply chain team on improving processes and reducing costs
  • Providing category insights into product competition and analysis of how we compete
  • Represent the UK business at any external events as required

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Proven Sales Success and Good knowledge of the UK Gaming market
  • Good Current contact in Key UK Consumer Electronics Retailers and Distribution base -Ideally Argos/Amazon/DSGI/Game/Tesco/Asda
  • The ability to influence, drive, challenge and motivate at all levels
  • Customer orientation and negotiating skills and strong communication skills
  • Word/Excel/PowerPoint skill base
  • Ideally a passion for gaming, either PC or console
  • Willingness to travel as needed
