What you will do

  • In this role, you will work closely with UX designers, developers, art directors, product owners and producers from the different Turbulent teams in order to create user-centered design solutions. You will use your talents for UX methodology and business strategy to provide our audiences with a user experience that meets the highest quality standards.

You’re Savvy in

  • Communicating effectively with people. Being fluent in English is essential.
  • Establishing a product design vision. You have a particular sensitivity for product strategy and business strategy.
  • Deliver clear and convincing presentations to clients
  • Share your ideas constructively
  • Analyzing and optimizing complex business processes

You have Accomplished

  • 6 years+ of experience as a UX designer
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with complex projects and sometimes shifting priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of UX processes and best practices. You are constantly on the lookout for new trends in user experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Axure, Sketch, Figma or equivalent
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
  • Strong design thinking skills
  • Mastery of Agile and Lean UX methodologies
  • Experience in the video game industry; an asset
