What you will do:

  • Contribute to Turbulent’s growth by supporting HR and Administration services, contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes with other team members, offer stellar support to the employees of the company (among other things!)

You are savvy in:

  • Being rigorous and paying close attention to details in your work; nothings gets by you
  • Communicating, in english as much as in French, speaking and writing
  • Showing patience et providing excellent customer service; you appreciate offering support to others
  • Having a good sense of judgment and respecting the confidentiality aspect of your work at all times
  • Respecting tight deadlines and follow HR & Administration guidelines
  • Finding solutions; participating in continuous improvement

You have accomplished / possess:

  • A diploma in Administration of payroll processing
  • Two years of experience in processing a payroll for a medium size company
  • Relevant experience in administration & social benefits support
  • Excellent knowledge of Office and Google Suite
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Complete knowledge of a full payroll cycle
  • Deep knowledge of Nethris, an asset
  • You are bilingual, this is essential

You are eager to:

  • Support HR and Administration team 3 days per week
  • Contribute to offering a convivial support to Turbulent employees, especially in regards to social benefits, questions on their pay, vacation approval
  • Support our Accounting clerk in preparing expense reports and account reconciliation
  • Be in charge of the full payroll process on a 26 pay cycle using Nethris
  • Maintain employee files, enter all necessary data
  • Create templates of administrative documents, prepare employee contracts, letters, forms, etc.
  • Assist the Principal HR Advisor in supporting the employees
  • Collaborate to the continuous administrative process improvement in general
  • Participate in the integration of new employees
  • Collaborate on diverse committees and projects with HR and Administration team
