Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Partnerships, the Partnership Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing & maintaining key partnerships for TSM’s Competitive Organization.

In this role, you will manage client relationships across execution, working with the Sales, Creative and Esports teams to successfully deliver on partnership goals & assets. You are skilled in building and maintaining relationships, and navigating fluid organizations. You build trust easily and maintain a keen understanding of a partner's strategy and priorities, and ensure those needs are met in a timely manner. You are thoughtful, passionate and willing to do what it takes to successfully execute a partnership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the strategy, implementation and execution of key partnerships from signed contract through deal completion
  • Build and maintain client relationships for assigned accounts by overseeing day to day needs, managing expectations, providing TSM expertise and guidance, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to deliver and optimize sponsorship assets
  • Work with Director to establish KPIs and maintain reports to measure and maximize performance to achieve partnership goals
  • Represent both partner & TSM needs in communication with both internal and external teams throughout execution
  • Work with Director to develop client presentations and partnership documents required for execution, including quarterly updates, monthly reports, status documents and creative concepts
  • Collaborate with partnership team to assess and manage TSM resources and tools to maximize efficiency for execution
  • Manage and mentor a Partnerships Marketing coordinator across assigned accounts

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in partnership, program or client management with larger blue-chip brands
  • Digital media or marketing background, preferably at an agency and/or previous experience with clients in the Esports space
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally with experience in helping develop narrative driven presentations
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of the competitive Esports landscape and an ability to navigate an industry that is constantly evolving
  • Collaborative team player with solution-oriented approach
  • Highly motivated self-starter and a positive attitude
