About the role:

Tribe Gaming is looking for an HR Generalist to help run the daily functions of the Human Resource department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Tribe Gaming brand, as well as our mission to drive forward mobile gaming. Daily tasks include hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, creating employee experience programs, and developing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Expand upon current employee perks, and develop programs to enhance the employee experience
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related
  • 2 years of experience in HR
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

  • Self-starter: thrives on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
