Your Mission

Treyarch is looking for a passionate and hardworking Associate Product Manager to help deliver epic seasons of post-launch content for an upcoming Call of Duty title. Working directly with the Product Manager, this role is crucial for both the strategy and facilitation of all MTX and post-launch content. The Associate Product Manager would assist the Product Manager in planning and delivering multiple seasons of Live-Ops content in Treyarchs next title and would be expected to take ownership of key deliverables in both the planning and execution of the Live Ops season. A successful candidate must be able to work well cross functionally with content developers, production, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver world class products. They need to be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while taking on multiple projects and adapting to the changing needs of our game, players, and business opportunities as they arise.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting the Game Commerce team in creating and deploying strategies to maximize the impact of each of the channels we use to deliver content to our players
  • Creating and maintaining up to date development and post-launch documentation
  • Track assets and deliverables, proactively managing risk
  • Liaising with Activisions legal team to receive approval for proposed content
  • Work with internal and external Live Ops teams to deliver and support live content
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal development teams and external Publishing partners
  • Analyzing competitive titles to stay informed on market trends and proposing opportunities to improve Call of Dutys Live Ops strategy
  • Supplying updates on project status to Game Commerce Product Manager and Director

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience shipping 1 title in Product Management, Production, or comparable experience in entertainment, technology, or consumer products is a plus
  • Strong grasp of development pipelines and methodologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entertainment and gaming markets
  • Proven track record of using a data-driven approach to deliver results
  • Ability to uncover insights and clearly communicate them to others
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to solve problems and drive results with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task with demonstrated performance of managing multiple products/projects at once
  • Passion for gaming
