We work with a large number of gaming developers and publishers across the globe, helping them to introduce their games to newer markets and wider audiences worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced art producer to join our team as we continue to work on the next top grossing blockbuster hits on mobile, PC, console, and VR/AR! We are looking for a candidate with exceptional project management and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the art creation process.

The art producer will work closely with the Art Director and art team to ensure that the quality and integrity of the art meets or exceeds product and client vision, as well as, stays on schedule and budget. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with a passion for video games who can harness their experience in the industry to lead a talented team of individuals and keep projects running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and maintaining schedules for cross discipline art deliverables on multifaceted projects
  • Tracking art assets and tasks in appropriate task tracking software for both internal and external team members through the various stages of development to ensure assets are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality
  • Partnering closely with the art directors as the key points of contact for the studio, representing the company and the art team to all clients and stakeholders
  • Being responsible for organizing the teams work by establishing a communication plan between client, internal cross functional team, and cross studio teams
  • Organizing, running, and participating in meetings with team members, as well as current and potential clients
  • Ensuring client requirements and information are properly communicated and understood by all team members
  • Collaborating with the art director and discipline leads to determine and secure the resources necessary to complete projects
  • Using project management tools, task tracking tools, and production methodologies to maintain tight and often changing schedules
  • Managing feedback and approvals on all assets throughout the various stages of production, verify standards and communicate readiness both internally and with clients
  • Communicating the status of projects up to senior management. As well as communicating up any risks and developing mitigation plans to offset risks
  • Building strong art production tools, pipelines and documentation internally and with clients
  • Helping settle project-related conflicts and disputes, and remain proactive in problem solving
  • Developing and maintaining lasting and positive client relationships
  • Being responsible for identifying and reporting any potential legal issues

YOUR PROFILE

Ideal candidates will have/be:

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills that help to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines
  • Strong project management fundamentals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to business needs as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong people skills
  • Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
  • Strong understanding of video game development from beginning to end, as well as the art-creation process
  • Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hard-working, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Fast learner, resourceful and computer savvy

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of professional industry experience as a producer
  • A demonstrated understanding of various production methodologies is required
  • Proficiency with project management and version control software tools (Jira, Shotgun, Perforce) a must
  • Experience with the following software a must: MS Office, Google suite
  • Understanding of programs such as Photoshop, Spine, Zbrush, Maya, and 3ds Max, as well as engines such as Unity and Unreal a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in game production or equivalent
