Our Talent Acquisition Lead provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to Tilting Point’s hiring community and talent acquisition life cycle. In this role, you will own the Recruitment function within People Operations at Tilting Point. You will be the gatekeeper of Recruitment and our talent acquisition strategies, processes and workflows. You will establish pipelines and networks within our industry, and be the first point of contact for Tilting Point throughout the Talent process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Acquire a clear understanding of Tilting Point’s culture
  • Develop effective relationships across the organization and with hiring managers that fosters collaboration
  • Partner with Leads to define roles and responsibilities, own the talent acquisition process and lifecycle from source to close: update job descriptions, source, prescreen, schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, offers, transition to People Ops for onboarding, etc.
  • Build a pipeline of desirable and top candidates within the gaming industry using recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, social media, professional e-networks, networking events, etc.
  • Own communication and follow up with candidates and hiring managers in order to keep them up to date on developments in the talent search process
  • Evaluate current recruitment processes and workflows, improve for effectiveness. Own our applicant tracking system and software (Greenhouse)
  • Partner with People Ops on salary bands and ensure labor market data is accurate and up to date
  • Own the relationships with external recruiters and agencies, negotiate associated fees and contracts
  • Partner with Director of People Ops to to identify and analyze market trends
  • Work with People Ops and hiring managers to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, immigration

Your XP and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of full life cycle professional recruitment experience
  • 3 years of experience within the gaming industry
  • Experience with Greenhouse a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously: associate, mid level and management roles
  • Effective relationship management skills and ability to apply them across all levels within the organization
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must demonstrate exceptional judgement with critical evaluation
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying the best people for the job using behavioral interviewing techniques and other methods
  • Ability to influence and make a compelling assessment of candidates for decision making; including the ability to make compelling offers to candidates
  • Experience with a broad range of sourcing methodologies: professional networks, e-job boards, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and referral programs
  • Well organized, attentive to detail, able to multitask, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently; and as part of a diverse multicultural team
