Responsibilities
- An agile creative thinker capable of translating any mobile game materials into sophisticated and clear videos or interactive creatives.
- Convert marketing research insights to scale campaigns and measure performance to deliver the best next creative to run on TikTok platforms.
- Design top of the line, innovative and TikTok look and style video creatives.
- Lead the creative thinking for our clients.
- Tackle marketing puzzles from visual, verbal and design perspectives and translate and apply them into a storyline.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with developers, game designers, marketing and other creative related channels.
- Reach for the sky!- make sure gaming users and non-gaming users react every time they see one of your creatives.
- Create amazing Video Ads.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Past or current experience in Gaming, Advertising or anything around ads creative design focusing on Games.
- Proven experience of working with talented creators (video editors, designers, game developers).
- Has a wide experience in user acquisition, marketing, advertising, video editing, games and non games apps- Casual, Hyper Casual is a huge advantage.
- Able implements the overarching creative direction, cross teams cooperation and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
- HTML 5.
- Knowledge about Playable Ads.
