Responsibilities

  • Build a network of all sports organization in Latin America including football teams, national sports teams, sports associations and other sports institutions. Help them to open and better operate TikTok account to obtain their objectives
  • Build a network of all esports/gaming organization in Latin America and help them to open and better operate TikTok account to obtain their objectives
  • Develop and lead both online and offline sports/gaming related campaigns

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sports/Gaming companies/roles (Marketing, BD, Sales)
  • Quick learners and passionate about social media and TikTok product
  • Passionate about Sports
  • Account Management skills and time flexibility
  • Troubleshooters and product improvers (exchange ideas and feedback from Sports/Gaming partners to product teams)
  • Ownership to cover the whole creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership)
  • Solid understanding of South LATAM market behavior and market management culture
  • Accuracy on forecasting OKR targets
  • High engagement and interested about the industry and competitors developments
  • Follows strategies and execution plans according to management planning
  • Hungry-mindset to expand TikTok LATAM Sports network and partner portfolio
  • University degree (University drop-outs may also be considered if candidate proves to have led projects
  • Be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite, and other contract management tools
  • Result oriented, analytical thinking and team player
  • Volunteering experiences in their resumes or prove of social responsibility leadership will be well received
  • Good communication skills
