Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, establishing a global network of studios and game developers; Build long-term relationship and form high-level strategic partnership with qualified partners;
  • Formulate partnership plans according to different partnership nature and status of the business;
  • Already has a network of industry connections, that he/she can build upon;
  • Has an understanding of casual games;
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure successful delivery and launch of relevant products;
  • Monitor, update competitor and industry analysis to adjust business development plans.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of game industry business development experience; a existing network of game developers and studios is preferred;
  • Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English communication; proficient in business negotiation; overseas study experience is preferred;
  • Dealmaker and strategic thinker with an ability to execute in an evolving, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment;
  • Outstanding problem solver: creative, solution-oriented, adaptable;
  • Multi-national teams leadership experience preferred.
