The Role

JOB SUMMARY:

The Producer will manage all the operational and financial matters involved in Tier One’s The Gaming House Project. They are expected to oversee the production and execution of the project, and will be responsible for the budget, timeline, and quality of the finished product.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage The Gaming House project in its entirety from its beginning, completion, up to its continued maintenance and development
  • Determine production size, content, & budget, as well as all the resources necessary to execute the project successfully
  • Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and planning
  • Coordinate with the internal members of the company who will be directly involved in the production and execution of the project
  • Communicate with external suppliers
  • Maximize efficiency of the team by implementing effective production processes or improving on existing processes/practices
  • Monitor pre and post-production process and ensure all steps are done properly and efficiently
  • Conducting meetings with staff to discuss production progress and make sure production objective goals are met
  • Keep internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing operational reports
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop marketing plans for finished products

  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies
  • Highly proficient in all design, production aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Knowledge in esports industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Production or related field
  • Adept on any video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut Pro
