The School of the Arts is looking to appoint a specialist academic support colleague in the area of Game Design and Media on a fixed term contract starting on 1 September 2020 for a period of 12 months. The School of the Arts is a multi-disciplinary School with subject areas that include Drama, Digital Media, Film Studies, Game Design, Music and Music Technology. The post holder will mainly work within the Screen area of the School. The Screen team compromises of 13 staff across a range of different specialisms from game design, media production, and film studies. This post is also part of a wider team of seven specialist academic support staff across the school and each section has a technical lead. There are occasions when the post-holder will need to contribute to school-level collaborative projects.
