The Corporate Social Responsibility manages the day-to-day tactical execution of the company’s Corporate Social strategy, and on a regular basis, writing and delivering content for the company’s CSR strategy.

The role serves as an internal and external ambassador for the company’s core values and commitment to the community, inclusion, and to Pokémon fans. This position serves as an integral partner with People Team practitioners, senior leaders, corporate social responsibility, legal, brand, marketing, the ERGs and vendors.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the Director of Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility in the day-to-day tactical execution of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy; and all necessary communications to support employee engagement activities and change management related to CSR.
  • Develop decks, agenda’s and materials for Corporate Social Responsibility enterprise core team, to facilitate decisions and drive toward the tactical execution in support of the strategy.
  • Pre-view CSR submissions and requests against company approval guidelines.
  • Handle all administrative duties related to CSR including vendor payment; obtaining tax ID information; reporting requirements.
  • Develop quarterly reports for company CSR KPIs and metrics
  • Manage and keep content current and actionable on CSR SharePoint pages, as well as content supportive of an inclusive work environment.
  • Act as “roving reporter”, identifying employee and community stories; research, write and disseminate in relevant channels (SharePoint; all-company meetings; executive talking points; social media; partner with public relations).
  • Lead event management related to corporate- led CSR, DEI. Share support for DEI celebrations, special projects, and events.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years program and project management; Human Resources (People) professional; CSR professional
  • Ability to operationalize and scale programs; experience in executing across matrixed organization
  • 3+ years’ experience working in corporate social responsibility; or employee relations and communications; or change management communications and process management
  • Experience with organizational development and establishing processes with measures
  • Experience interacting with different levels, from executives to individual contributors
  • Experience working with or in support of communities
  • Have strong program management and end-to-end program administration experience.
  • Familiarity of DEI and HR policies and practices

  • Ability to skillfully facilitate discussions.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

Cross Group Coordination

  • Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a growing matrix, and build relationships to achieve solutions without direct authority is critical.
  • Proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues, and overcoming hurdles to results. Effectively collaborates with partners to resolve.
