Responsibilities:

  • Build & define the Esports strategy plans based on MENA player intelligence to grow player audience, awareness and participation
  • Align with Esports partners for regional online & offline competition & broadcast organization
  • Share event overview with internal stakeholders for Esports activation plans
  • Coordinates stream visuals & brand marketing assets for related competition
  • Align with event strategy across community and social media teams ensuring audience scale and comprehensive coverage
  • Managee talent (Casters, hosts, players, influencers) at events
  • Develop business model sourcing new partners & negotiating deals with potential sponsors
  • Monthly reporting of owned and competitor Esports marketing activations & streams to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in Esports management/marketing or live event production
  • Strong knowledge of local MENA Esports scene
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiator
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • To be located in Dubai or Saudi Arabia
  • Experience in managing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal partners from briefing and negotiation, to constructive feedback
  • Native in Arabic language and capable of using English as a working language- French/ Chinese are a plus.
