Responsibilities
- Support both sales and marketing desk on sales operations, records tracking and maintenance, account registration on sales tools, marketing orders follow up and CMS system support etc.
- Maintain the data accuracy of sales system and ensure the price and quotation are in place for further consolidation and processing
- Preform regular revenue recognition reporting to management team
- Work closely with Legal, Tax and Finance team on marketing purchase order processing
- Coordinate MBA/ EPO exchange mails communication for Marketing team and headquarter
- Support sales leads’ translation for CRM system record maintenance
- Daily support to sales & marketing team i.e. meeting arrangement and materials support, training notification, team activities coordination
- Act as a Team admin coordinator for Projects and Initiatives to assist the Regional Director. Ensure that we have a regular status update of administrative tasks back to the country sales leaders (SG, MY, ID)
Requirements
- Obtained Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing Management
- At least 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing support
- Good organizational / coordinating skills with proactive and methodical mindset
- Resilient, adaptive and able to multitask
- Good knowledge in Salesforce operations
- Must read, write and converse in both English and Chinese/Mandarin language
- Experience in Panshi is a plus
