Responsibilities

Responsible for handling daily customer complaints of Tencent's overseas business, including:

  • Carry out after-sales support for the billing system, such as consultation and troubleshooting of complaints, troubleshooting and follow-up of current network fault alarms, and necessary business process guidance and promotion;
  • Based on the analysis and summary of business consulting issues, document combing and editing, and assist in the optimization of business-related processes, tools, and wiki;

Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of work experience, more than 1 year of experience in the Internet industry, technical support/game-related operation support/customer service positions are preferred, computer-related majors are preferred;
  • Familiar with office software such as word/excel/PPT;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, strong execution; strong ability to accept new business knowledge, and good problem analysis and summary skills;
  • Be patient in handling problems, have a strong sense of responsibility, can withstand high-intensity work pressure, have full work enthusiasm and serious work attitude;
