Your daily tasks:
- Contributing to design, development and maintenance of engaging and original quests for our players
- Brainstorming within the Quest Design and Narration teams in a creative and open-minded environment
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of visual (e.g. flowcharts) and non-visual (e.g. wiki) design docs
- Cooperation with other departments with a common aim of bringing our story to life (Level Design, Level Art, Animation, Audio, Quality Assurance, etc.)
- Following trends in the industry and being up-to-date with innovative solutions in terms of quests, narration and gameplay
You meet our expectations if you:
- Have knowledge of the basics of visual scripting within the game engines (e.g. Blueprints in the Unreal Engine),
- Have a flair for learning and handling various editing tools (within the game engine),
- Are a born storyteller, having a head full of many diverse ideas and just wait to create new ones, being open to receive and provide constructive feedback,
- Have a minimum one year of experience at QD, LD, QA or similar positions in the gaming industry,
- Like an atmosphere of tight teamwork and brainstorming, supported by good communication skills,
- Understand the difference between the narrative and the gameplay layers in open-world action RPG games,
- Present a limitless curiosity and good knowledge of the video game industry,
- Are fluent in English.
