We’re looking for a rockstar Production Assistant who wants to break into the entertainment industry and learn from our incredible team of seasoned YouTube professionals. If you’re a highly motivated and organized person looking to learn and grow in digital media, we want to hear from you!

The Production Assistant is an integral part of the production team and will work closely with producers and writers to bring videos to life from concept to completion. Production Assistants will touch every part of the production process and should be comfortable working with various people along the way.

The ideal Production Assistant is a self-motivated, multifaceted individual with great communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage several things at once.

What You’ll Do:

The Production Assistant will assist production team with all pre-production and filming tasks, not limited to:

  • Finding and purchasing props both online and in person
  • Researching video ideas to participate in the creative conversation
  • Make runs for anything needed on set and to deliver or communicate things internally
  • Keep the office clean and tidy
  • Keep props and gear organized
  • When on set; organize props dictated by filming outlines
  • Anticipating the needs of the crew to keep production running smoothly and on schedule
  • Keeping set clean and tidy of all trash
  • Making sure snacks, water & crafty is stocked and organized
  • Working with the warehouse team to help set up and move set pieces if needed
  • Take other tasks as needed

This position reports to the Production Manager.
