We’re building a platform for interactive storytelling. It’s time we changed the way stories are created and published. We think individual creators should be able to pilot ideas, iterate off feedback/metrics, control how they monetize, and add visuals/interactivity to bring stories to life on mobile devices.

We’re looking for an Art Director who can work with our legions of freelance artists around the world to bring our stories to life with great backgrounds, characters, key story moments. These are mature stories tackling topics you’ll find on HBO/Netflix because the world really doesn’t need another first person shooter.

We understand that Art Directors come from all stripes but we are SPECIFICALLY looking for an Art Director that comes from a concept art background and can lead by example. You should be able to create digital artwork that can serve as templates for others to follow.

• Must be a master in Photoshop.
• Exceptional character and environment painting skills.
• Strong sense of color, dramatic lighting, and shot framing.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience working professionally with a game or entertainment studio.
