We are a multi-national organisation within the dynamic world of entertainment seeking an HR intern to join our International Human Resources team – working on full spectrum support.

The candidate will be used to working to tight deadlines, going the extra mile and working within a very fast-paced environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating pre-start checks, onboarding and offboarding of all new starters and leavers
  • Employee lifecycle administration support including processing of starters, leavers and job change information across UK and International territories
  • Actively monitoring completion of probationary reviews to support performance management
  • Updating the HRIS
  • Benefits administration
  • Responding to reference requests
  • Recording and processing invoices for payment in collaboration with the finance team
  • Administration support to the intern programme through all stages, including recruitment, induction and L&D
  • Support training activity including booking and setting up of rooms, sending out joining instructions and capturing course attendance
  • Working with relocation specialists, sourcing accommodation and arranging travel, to support mobility of employees
  • Maintaining employee records and files
  • Scheduling pension meetings
  • Updating the company portal
  • Preparing files for Audit
  • Reporting
  • Support with HR project work
