The Challenge

The People Analytics Manager is an exciting, new position at Take-Two. As the People Analytics Manager, you will work closely with Take-Two’s Human Resources and Analytics teams, as well as other Business Leaders, to solve complex, open-ended questions and deliver key insights that support our goal to use our talent as a competitive advantage. As an integral part of the HR Technology Team, you will work to design and build innovative reports and dashboards in Workday using discovery boards Workday PRISM along with other BI Tools as appropriate. You will have the ability to help shape the decision making of various business functions by providing data-driven insights to help us attract, develop, and retain talent.

What You’ll Take On

  • Collaborate with Take-Two’s Analytics department to build and execute the people analytics strategy that aligns with HR and leadership priorities, with the ability to navigate a sophisticated business structure.
  • Partner with HR teams across Take-Two and its creative labels to develop standard metrics and key performance indicators in various HR themes such as Talent, Diversity, Attrition, Workforce Planning, Hiring, etc.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analyses and visualizations to provide people trends and insights to the rest of the organization.
  • Work closely with Take-Two’s Data Governance team and serve as data steward for the HR organization.
  • Help support numerous HR initiatives across the organization and show efficiency of programs and activities using data.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to ensure the data and analytics deliverables meet the various HR and people leader’s expectations.
  • Identify, capture, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Lead the Reporting and People Analytics Workstream.
  • Simplify complex problems and large data sets to extract insights and impactful recommendations (i.e., attrition hotspots, diversity outcomes, etc.).
  • Monitor and regularly upgrade the people analytics platform to address current and emerging business needs.

What You Bring

  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, or relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant hands-on analytics experience working with leadership and HR using data to explain behaviors to help predict outcomes.
  • Proven knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR systems structure, functions, and operational processes.
  • Ability to use a consultative approach to educate.
  • Solid understanding of the basic principles of data management and data architecture
  • Experience using Workday PRISM.
  • Organized and detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pre-set data in a variety of ways.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving critical thinking and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to communicate data in a polished, digestible and professional format (e.g., dashboards).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
  • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
