  • Assist with Workday configuration including but not limited to editing business processes, tenant set up, and security assignment, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Maintain ticketing queues and respond to basic queries, while identifying ways to be more innovative in troubleshooting and enabling solutions within Workday. Support the team on complex queries or as needed.

  • Assist with implementing and managing internal system audits, as well as creating and maintaining basic reports.

  • Build and maintain Workday user guides in line with system and company processes/policy.

  • Support transfer of knowledge and develop Workday expertise so as to become a go-to person for Tier 1 support questions.


  • 1-3 years’ Workday HCM administration experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business requirements and communicate data that drives business insights.

  • Demonstrated experience with ticketing systems to manage and prioritize work.

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources processes and practices.

  • Strong attention-to-detail paired with adept written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with other Workday modules such as Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll beneficial, but not required.
