We publish products through our labels Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, PlayDots, Social Point as well as Private Division label and Nordeus.   • Perform maintenance and setup of IBMโ€™s Sterling Integrator and File Gateway, JD Edwards EDI and data flows to/from Take-Two SFTP servers and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Perform daily EDI health checks of system and process status.
  • Monitor new and open support tickets.
  • Research requests on data status via EDI applications, log files and flat file archives.
  • Restore/resend data, execute and support business processes.
  • Research/solve mapping, translation, and business process errors.
  • Build or modify maps
  • Setup SFG and B2BI partnerships, envelope, communications, routings and perform testing
  • Provide afterhours support during special times of increased activity.
  • Support data flow between Take-Two and all endpoints
  • Participate and contribute to projects involving EDI and managed file transfer


  • At least 5 - 10 years experience supporting EDI systems
  • Attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills and seeing things through to completion.
  • Familiarity with delimited and positional flat file structures.
  • Proven experience of ANSI X12 and EDIFAC EDI data structure.
  • Understanding of data mapping, translation, and error messages
  • Proven experience of AS2, SFTP and VAN communications.
  • Proven experience in IBM Sterling Integrator business processes, configurations, and components Knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway partner setups, routings, and communications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


  • Knowledge of JD Edwards EDI applications a plus
  • Some database query experience a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree
