Remote - North America or Korea based

Bilingual - Fluency in Korean & English (both verbal and written proficiency required)

T1 Entertainment & Sports is seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our Graphics Team for a paid full-time opportunity. You will work directly with the Lead Graphic Designer and assist in creating motion graphics assets to support various departments between T1 Korea and North America. The ideal candidate will be experienced in After Effects, able to communicate clearly in both Korean and English, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing several projects at one time, and passionate about their craft.

In this role, you would be working alongside the Graphics Team and mainly be responsible for providing motion graphics assets to teams such as the content, social, and marketing teams. These assets could include YouTube video title cards, transitions, lower-thirds, social media videos, and general branded assets. We are looking for someone who can creatively problem solve and adapt quickly to an ever-changing esports environment, and conceptual thinkers that can ideate on concepts for projects.

A demo reel of videos/portfolio of graphics is required for consideration for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Create motion graphics assets for content production, social media, and branding
  • Work with a wide range of media and utilize design software to create motion assets
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
  • Work quickly and effectively under minimal supervision
  • Work with others on the creative team to help visualize and develop dynamic animations for multiple departments
  • Organize and maintain motion graphics templates and assets for international markets

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience developing motion graphics for video production and working with a production/design team
  • High proficiency with 2D Motion utilizing After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Suites programs
  • Bilingual - Excellent written and verbal communication skills foremost in Korean, and secondarily in English
  • Ability to design motion graphics for video transitions, show openings, lower-thirds, social posts, branded content, etc.
  • Familiarity working with DSLR footage and live-action footage
  • Ability to confidently articulate and share designs with multiple teams during all phases of the projects, and receive feedback from members of the team
  • Strong concepting capabilities in order to create eye-catching motion graphics and visual effects
  • Ability to manage several projects at one time and prioritize your own schedule to meet deadlines

Additional Skills (Not Required)

  • 3D Motion (Blender, Cinema 4D.)
  • 2D/3D Animation
  • Understanding and ability to manipulate sound input/SFX
  • Experience with gamer observer software (ex: League Director)
