Swarmio Media - Tournament Support Admin.

Swarmio Media is looking for tournament admins to coordinate players through tournaments in a variety of different games on our esports tournament platform.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all players are follow tournament rules.
• Maintain a positive platform experience by supporting players and community members with platform related questions and issues they may have.
• Assisting the community managers with operating their monthly plans for tournaments and influencers on the platform.
• Gather feedback from community members regarding the tournaments and platform.

Requirements:

• Passion for everything gaming and good knowledge of esports.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
• Flexible schedule depending on our tournament schedules.
