Supersonic is looking for a Creative Director to join our in-house - Playworks.

  • An agile creative thinker persona capable of folding any mobile game into crisp and clear videos or interactive creatives.
  • Proven experience of working with talented creators (video editors, designers, game developers)
  • Used to leveraging marketing research insights to scale campaigns and measure performance to deliver the best next creative step.

The ideal candidate

Has a wide experience in user acquisition, marketing, advertising, video editing, hyper casual games (or all of the above). Able implements the overarching creative direction and vision for his/her account(s) and/or team(s) as well as bring proactive leadership and eager to share knowledge.

Role:

  • Fuel the creative thinking, planning and delivery of a production team.
  • Tackle marketing puzzles from visual, verbal and design perspective and translate them into concept briefs.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with developers, game designers, marketing and other mutations.
  • Make sure gaming users and non-gaming users react every time they see one of your ad productions
  • Provide strategic leadership and tap into killer creative instincts. With those instincts, you will help shape the vision for existing games, or even better, re-create new visions.
  • Developing the ideas and explaining to our rapidly expanding team the need to increase traffic and awareness across our ecosystem.
  • Create meaningful production around free-to-play mobile games, pushing the envelope with creative, and breaking the rules with media execution.
