MaskGun is India's best shooting game. We have had 40M users for it over the last 4 years organically who love playing the game across the world. ASO has been the biggest driver of this growth and now we want to go even bigger on ASO. As the ASO manager, you will be driving the ASO strategy to ensure our game appears at the top of search results for our target keywords. You will also be managing ASO for the other games, both existing and new, in our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current state of ASO and define strategy to maximize organic user acquisition
  • Execute the ASO strategy in multiple languages working with external agencies and internal teams - keywords, description, screenshots etc
  • Optimize conversion rate on the store listing page with a well-defined experimentation plan.
  • Monitor and tracking rankings and conversion rate using the latest tools
  • Always be on the lookout for areas of improvements and insights

Experience & Skills required:

  • 2+ years of experience with ASO in a game/app with multi-million installs
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work well independently with both external agencies and internal teams
  • Ability to think creatively and from first principles and not just copy competitors
