The role @ Sumo
Sumo Sheffield are looking for a Social Media Manager to come and join the marketing team!
Within this role you will:
- Own the development of social media strategy across multiple Sumo Digital studios in line with the wider marketing strategy
- Lead the approach to paid social media campaigns including audience targeting and reporting
- Oversee content curation, delivery and distribution and act as a point of sign off to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Develop KPIs to assess and monitor campaign success
- Lead campaign evaluation and reporting
- Identify areas for growth across all public facing social media channels
- Provide creative thought leadership to drive audience growth
- Liaise with key stakeholders and external partners to share insights and build strong relationships across Sumo Digital
- Manage a small team
We will need you to have:
- 2- 3 years of social media management experience within the video game or entertainment industries
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for campaign and content planning from creation through to execution
- Proven experience utilising social media management tools
- Eagerness to innovate and generate new ideas
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience managing a small team
- A passion for games and a knowledge of gaming culture and marketing trends
