Within this role, you will:
- Develop great working relationship with the team of recruiters and the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Schedule interviews and tests with hiring managers through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Book travel and accommodation for candidates travelling to meet us
- Raising purchase orders for interview travel expenses and arranging reimbursement to candidates
- Collecting and checking candidate ID and non-disclosure forms during the assessment process
- Following-up with recruiters and hiring managers to input feedback following interviews.
- Ensuring all unsuccessful candidates receive appropriate feedback and rejection letters via our ATS
- Creating new live vacancies when required from job adverts provided.
- Printing and collating interview documentation
- Updating and Inputting into our Recruitment reports using Excel and our ATS
- Other duties as required e.g. research, data entry and recruitment projects
