StreamElements, the fastest growing tech and service platform for live stream content creators and brands, is hiring for a Director, Talent Relations to join our Brand Partnership team.

Live stream sponsorships, activations and programs are rapidly growing on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming and other social platforms. In this position you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with Talent, their managers and agents, and be the main senior point of contact for curating, contracting and training Talent for brand campaigns and sponsorship opportunities.

This position is an individual contributor but with Team Lead responsibilities, evolving into a management role as the team structure fills out and the demands of the department grows. Ideally located in Los Angeles, will consider remote location or Tel Aviv. The position is Global in scope, just like the gaming and live streaming industry. You will work closely with Sales and Account Management in pre and post sales activities, in addition to partnering with our Streamer Success organization who currently maintain our day to day streamer relationships at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all creators and influencers as well as their agency and management groups including (but not limited to) Loaded, UTA, OPG, Ader, CAA, etc.
  • Effectively match brand campaign opportunities with the right streamers, content creators and communities
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables and close Talent for brand activations
  • Provide Talent curation strategy and insights for pre and post sales activities
  • Communicate with clients on ad hoc basis to articulate streamer curation and Talent highlights
  • Bring unique ideas and opportunities to the table to help us (and Talent) generate brand partnerships, sponsorships, programs and activations
  • Lead the setup and execution in partnership with Talent and other internal teams to ensure successful launch and adherence to brand campaign requirements
  • Create source materials, templates, guidelines, training materials - anything needed to ensure smooth operations and transparent communication with Talent and brands as it pertains to working with Talent
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper invoicing and payment for Talent
  • Prepare reports and status checks for Management team for ongoing campaigns and data pertaining to Talent relationships and deliverables

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum working with Talent and Talent agencies in the gaming and esports space
  • Experience working with paid influencer campaigns and sponsorships
  • Extremely well organized with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with BI, CRM platforms and project management tools such as Asana, Pipedrive, Google docs
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong critical thinking to anticipate and avoid problems before they appear
